Application Liability and Privacy Statement

Privacy of our Users is important to us. We (as Application Publisher) process your Personal Data when you use our Service as an Application User. This Privacy Statement explains how we protect and process your Personal Data. Please read this Privacy Statement carefully.

The Application performs QR Code scanning by using your camera when you open it. In any case, you may prevent your camera data to be collected from the settings of your device.

If you prefer to participate, the Application may collect your geographical location information. In any case, you may prevent your geographical location information to be collected from the settings of your device.

If you prefer to allow information retrieval and collection, the Application may collect your basic personal information on your social media account (e.g., your name and e-mail address) and your social media user ID (not your password) and the parameters you share by means of the Application. Please refer to the privacy policy of respective social media for further information on how you can set the privacy preferences of your account in order to control the accessible and retrievable information.

This, at the same time, applies to the information created automatically with regard to how you use the Application. Such information helps us to have a better insight about how th Application is being used and to provide a service that fits your needs as a user.

The data centers where the data being processed within the scope of Service are located in various regions. This is provided by making use of the hosting services located in Turkey region. Additionally, processed Personal Data may be transferred to and stored at repository servers located in a country other than those countries and regions. We will set reasonable steps required for your Personal Data to be used in a secure and safe manner and in compliance with this privacy policy.

The Parties have no control or influence on the contents, websites or services of such third parties. Different privacy policies may apply to the use of third party websites and services. This Privacy Statement is related to only the Personal Data obtained by the Parties as a result of your use of the Services with its intended use. The Parties do not assume any responsibility regarding the contents, applications or operation of third party web sites and services.

6. Which security measures are taken for protecting Personal Data?

Security of your data and security of other Users are important for us. We have taken technical and organizational measures in order to protect your Personal Data against loss or any other illegal transaction. We have implemented the following measures: Protection of our servers by means of firewalls, SSL connections and encryption of sensitive data. This list is not detailed.

7. Viewing, Changing and Deleting Personal Data

A. Request for Change or Deletion of Personal Data

You may send us a request via e-mail for the personal information collected through the use of Application to be deleted. You may be asked to provide additional information in order to verify your identity.

B. Removal of User Account and Deletion of Information

After you send an Account Removal request, the storage period is determined by adding 6 months to the periods stipulated in the legislation for the storage of your data, taking into account the possibility that a possible court request or a request for the relevant data of an administrative authority authorized by law may reach us late, or that a dispute that we may be a party to occurs. At the end of the day, the data in question is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

If the legislation does not foresee a period for the storage period of the data we process, your data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized without any request, after the expiry of the 10-year statute of limitations from the end of our legal relationship, taking into account possible disputes as a requirement of the relationship between us.

After the Account Removal request, you can see all your information and make changes within 6 months of creating an Account again.

Personal data related to children, deliberately or intentionally, are not being collected.

10. Security

There are measures being implemented in order to provide the security of your Personal Data, to minimize the damage risk, to avoid data loss and unauthorized access to or use of information. In addition, such measures cannot provide absolute data security. Therefore, reasonable effort is made for providing the safety of your personal information, however this is not guaranteed and you may not reasonably expect the Application and its respective databases to be exempt from any action in tort, failure, unauthorized blocking or access or other misuse and abuse.

10. Mobile or WEB Based Application usage responsibilities

Our fire detection panels are equipped with a total of 4 different access authorization levels which are Level-1, Level2, Level-3, and Level-4, according to the EN54/2 standard. The fire detection panel(s) to be added in the mobile application will be added with "Level-3" access level and fully authorized to perform the following all operations according to EN54/14 standard.

Teknim electronic industry and trade inc can not be held responsible due to all kinds of material and spiritual damages that may arise from operations made by the user from the Mobile or WEB application..

12. The Changes Made in this Privacy Statement

This Statement may be updated at any time. The Parties will publish an updated version of the Privacy Statement through the Service. The Parties recommend you to visit this page from time to time in order to be informed about the changes that can be made in the Privacy Statement and to have information about how your Personal Data are being protected. You agree and undertake that reviewing this Privacy Statement periodically and being informed about the updates is under your responsibility.

You agree to remain bound to any change made in this Statement. Use of the Application after the change is applied will be deemed to be an approval of the changed Statement. If you do not approve the changed Statement, you are required to remove and avoid further use of the Application.
